Using this site
This site is run by MJASOK Investments LLC ("MJASOK," "we," "us"). By using mjasok.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You agree to give accurate information in any form or application and not to use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive.
Homes for rent
We rent homes we own in Lawton, Oklahoma. Listings, rent, availability, photos and home details can change or be withdrawn at any time and may contain errors. A listing is not an offer to rent. Nothing is reserved or agreed until a written lease is signed by you and by us.
Applications and fees
Applying does not guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed under the same published rental criteria. The application fee is $65 per adult (18+), and the admin fee is $150 per lease, due at move-in. The lease you sign governs rent, deposits and all other terms of your tenancy.
Online application and tenant portal
Online applications, rent payments and resident requests are handled through Rentvine, a third-party property software provider. Those pages are hosted by Rentvine and are also subject to Rentvine's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages or errors on third-party sites.
Selling your house to us
Submitting the "Sell your house" form is an inquiry only. It does not create any obligation for you or for us. Any offer we make is not binding until both parties sign a written purchase contract. We buy homes for our own account; we are not acting as your agent, and you may want your own real estate or legal advice.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, or call or text (580) 200-5400, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, application, tenancy or property, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of renting from us or selling to us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Fair housing
We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and Oklahoma fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin. Requests for reasonable accommodations or modifications, including for assistance animals, are welcome at (580) 200-5400.

Text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to MJASOK Investments LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
No warranties; limits of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, MJASOK Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Comanche County, Oklahoma.
